Aside from dilligently working on my house, we been tossed into the mix of some smaller venues via new kids on the block, RhymeCulture, who brought us out to both Portsmouth & Newport within the last week....

Completely unplanned, when asked to rock, no matter the time frame, we most likely will always oblidge....Especially in "markets"....I mean "cities" where we've never gotten the opportunity before...Can you believe all the years we been runnin around RI we never showcased down in the Newport area? Me neither....Shame, cause the blonde white gals out there got ass and thighs (I know I got caught taking this flick, but F it, I hadda share with the reader):

It was something to do, just like peepin out the Protown Records release party at the Grant last Friday....Ish seemed like a networking summit, I tell ya....

BF just started the next generation of UNITY called Elevation in Providence and it's being hosted by Rock Solid of all cats.....Kinda surprised and blind sided we are.....The world enjoys moving while we are in the dark, too busy, or deep into our own meandering....

We'll be at the New Wave Cafe on October 16th (Friday) in New BedRock by way of our mans Duo Dynamix....Hopefully Bums can make the trip so we can rip ish rightfully....

Big ups to the mass amounts of people I saw and talked to within this last week. My life is a passing subway car right about now....But my Blackberry still managed to capture images from from the last few (whilst drunk even).....

Hump Day Entertainment....

So we went out to peep and participate over at The Beach House in Portsmouth, RI by way of an invite from my muthafluckin man JimBrows....Not too far from I, but definitely far for my Providence peoples.....Big ups to Freddie BlackSkin (from Ghostown) and Axe Butane (with Slim Pickens) who's stage shows have really stepped up large....As did Esh's and Ink's coming along on some hype man ish for really real....We didn't drag (or beg) Bums to float with we cause we know he's bogged down hard trying to put together and yump off Protown's record release tomorrow night at the Grant Building in Pawtucket, RI...Catch all the info pertaining to said show HERE....Hopefully when Bums' schedule gets a bit more free, we can get him back into the line-up.....

I guess we're supposed to be out Newport, RI on Sunday night now...How these shows keep getting booked without our consent is beyond me, but we come to rock, feel me, so ask and yee shall receive....Got a New BedRock show in the works for October as well....As ish develops, we'll make sure to keep yall informed....

I got mad ish to record that I've written in the past couple of weeks though.

Long Weekends & Ole' Crew....

Hope everyone got their last bit of BBQ'ing on over this last of the summer Labor Day weekend....I know our social pallet has been on some personal life overload...I guess it's OK as long as the sun's shining and ish is being taken care of....

I had the honor of joining the company of cats I used to run with extra hard between the ages of 17 and 20 something....Copped those ill Giamalvos burgers with ground bacon (Swine! Yes!) mixed in with the ground beef....Mad beer....Tree (of coarse)...and the companionship of good friends....Like "real" friends, not people you (I) just know.....

Big ups to the homie "Officer" Fonseca, our good friend and 10 year vet of the New B Police Department, for hosting the shin dig over at his modest huge ass house (Why people call the cops on a cop though?).....Big ups to a night with no arguing and more laughter than I can remember having had in recent days....Big ups to BackRoad Billy Bunk Monk aka Blinko B for trying to take a quadrupel shot to the face and calling earl lovely after downing half... Classic... Don't believe me? Check the drunken blackberry flicks, beyotches... (By the way, my skills are bunk on the camera whilst drunk IF? you haven't realised yet)...
